Next Level Guidance Inc. provides educational resources, mentorship, recruiting guidance, and digital training materials to help players navigate the college soccer recruiting process. We do not act as agents, recruiters, or representatives of any college or university.

2. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee college roster spots, scholarships, offers, or recruitment outcomes. Results vary based on each player’s athletic ability, academic eligibility, effort, communication, consistency, timing, and how closely guidance is followed.

3. User Responsibilities

By joining our program, you agree to:
• Provide accurate information
• Communicate respectfully
• Follow recommended guidance at your own discretion
• Take full responsibility for your recruiting decisions and communications

4. Minor Participants

If you are under 18 years old, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms & Conditions on your behalf.

5. Payments & Access

All payments are one-time unless otherwise stated. Access to materials is granted after purchase. Sharing login information or program materials is strictly prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, videos, templates, guides, and materials are owned by Next Level Guidance Inc. and may not be copied, shared, distributed, or resold without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Next Level Guidance Inc. is not responsible for missed recruiting opportunities, decisions made by college coaches, injuries, eligibility issues, or outcomes related to college recruitment.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept any updates.

Success in the recruiting process depends on many factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

• Academic performance
• Effort and consistency
• Communication with coaches
• Timing and exposure
• Injury history
• How closely guidance is followed

REFUND POLICY

All purchases made through Next Level Guidance Inc. are final.

Due to the digital nature of our programs, coaching access, and downloadable materials, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or cancellations once payment has been made.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:
• You are purchasing access to digital content and mentorship
• Results depend on your own effort and follow-through
• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances

PREMIUM COACHING AGREEMENT

By joining the Premium program, you agree to the following:

1. Nature of Coaching

Premium coaching provides mentorship and recruiting education. We do not act as agents or representatives to college programs.

2. Communication Access

Premium members may receive direct communication access such as text, calls, or messaging. Response times may vary based on availability. Immediate responses are not guaranteed.

3. Respectful Communication

Members must communicate respectfully. Abuse, spam, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.

4. No Guarantees

Coaching, communication, or access does not guarantee recruitment, offers, scholarships, or roster spots.

5. Responsibility

All recruiting decisions and communications with coaches are the player’s responsibility. We provide guidance, but execution is up to the player.

6. Termination

Next Level Guidance Inc. reserves the right to remove access if these terms are violated.
